Those aren't MMORPGs. Try finding others. They'll cost you more. AQW just has a lot of AC items. Don't like it? Don't buy ACs.

Both run servers that are hosted by players, not the developers. Hence they only make you pay once, for getting the game, not periodically, for playing on their servers.

Guys, if you feel like this is a problem, then there's this magical game that exisists free to play. Forever. No monthly fees, with a huge team that works for ingame currency. Super high rez graphics. Here. I just like AQWorlds better sometimes.

Meh, this oh-so-awesome game you're mentioning sure has nice graphics but I dislike the permanent hardcore mode that deletes your character when you die.

That game isn't free. You need to pay for food, water, shelter, etc, and if you don't get those things you can't play the game anymore.
