I'm actually in Vermont right now visiting some japanese people, but ny is cold as always

I decided I will go to the Steampunk Cafe and Emporium that just opened in town later today and depart with some of the money I should be saving for Wellygeddon.

Stores which require you to spend two hours on their premises before purchasing anything. Shops that have a balloon pit/obstacle course/charging corgi alley you have to navigate through to get to the back to check out what's on offer. Finding $59 leather and brocade corset that hasn't been snatched up yet. Yep, we're a fairy land.

It was part of a temporary Gap Filler project called "The Inconvenience Store". A series of pop-up stores would have a week in a store to do what ever they wanted, with an emphasis on inconvenience, examples being waiting 2 hours to buy really nice jewellery or being bull-rushed by an overexcited corgi. Each store had additional themes to what they were selling/doing. The last shop had an emphasis on sharing, the colour orange, and the rebuild.

I did, in fact, finish....95% of the book. Well 95-99. The thing is, I got my word count, and that's great, and I love that, but I want to add 2 more chapters to the second half and a short little epilogue of sorts written in short stories about a character that gets introduced and is a big part of the plot towards the end, but never really gets explored.
