TR Weekly Meets- Information.

Greetings!
TR is introducing a Weekly meets system where clan members will meet, just like a TRCon, and do various contests! This post will be listing all of the contests. New contest/ideas are added often, and about 3 of them are persued every weekly meet.
Where: /house TR Clan
Server: Artix
Time: Saturdays at 7:00 PM.
TR uses Server Time- Check Battleon.com for Server Time.
Darts!
The amount of rounds played will be determined live at the event.
Each round, the highest score wins. Vamparagon or a room moderator will be the host of the contest.
Round winners: 2000 points awarded to their clan profile.
Dwarfold Race
This is a special event- It will be hosted at Dwarfhold-6114.
As shown in the banner, the race will begin at the Dwarfhold Bridge (where the two Albino Bats are). The race will be finished at the Geopetal Statue. Remember- This is a game of speed. For best results, we suggest that you Hide Pets, turn to low quality, and anything else to reduce lag. Remember- The more lag, the slower you are!
1st Place: 2500 Points
2nd Place: 1000 Points
3rd Place: 500 Points
Fashion Contests!
This Fashion Contest works just like Runway or No way: There are 5 rounds per meet, each with a different theme.
Members will be eliminated every round that don't match the theme well until theres only one person left. That person wins!
Below is a list of different rounds. 5 of them are selected for every weekly meet.
1) Grey/Dark
2) Bright
3) NPC (Dress like your favorite NPC!)
4) Evil/Dark
5) Good/Light
6) Sneaky/Ninja
7) Dress-Up/Wedding
8 ) Crazy (Be creative with this one!)
9) Colorful
10) Starched
11) Futuristic
12) Geek
13) Royal
14) Fairy
15) Spring
16) Summer
17) Autumn
18) Winter
19) Medieval
20) Caveman/Primitive

Have you tried making your window larger, Aeon? If it still doesn't fit- Could you take a screenshot of that? I certainly don't want overlapping banners for some members.

Im sorry if you find this offencive in any way Vamp but could you possibly make the saturday meets a little early'er as i live in England and i am still fairly young so i have to be in my room by 11 latest, if the meet comenced at 07:00 pm your time it would be approximately 12:10 pm here so on behalf of all of the people that live in England could you possibly make it 04:00 pm your time? I can understand if you do not wish it to change or even can't change, i just wont be able to make it to the weekly meets.

Acctually, I think the time fits perfect, and we don't have many members in England at my last count. (Conratz monseur!) I think Cons will still be scheduled and we'll make sure you get in somehow.

The thing about that is we would have to take in consideration the times of every one across the world, plus times of school's and jobs. Theirs just no definite time space were we could guarantee most people could make it.
The most obvious solution would be to consistently change the time of each weekly meeting, eliminate the times that most can't make it, and develop a cycle of time slots to use.
I'm sure vamp will eventually change the time of the meeting in the next couple of weeks to allow more people form different time zones to come.
I however, will most likely never ever make a meeting, due to losing my membership for a few more weeks, and college, and work, and a host of other thing's. =P
We will just have to see......

As Pyronix stated- We have to keep everyone in consideration. The amount of people in TR in your timezone, 5c, is probably much smaller than compared to America or Canada. We will, however, change these times every few months or so to appeal to the members/time of year. Also, remember in addition to TR Weekly Meets, we'll continue hosting TRCons monthly and special events once in a while.

Yes, due to the farming frenzy and school starting up for alot of people, alot of clans including ours has gotten a little inactive- It should let up, though.

Yeah I miss you all so much. I still chat with some clan members but it isn't the same can't wait for Saturday (I'll be late for the weekly meeting because of work).

Lol, I just moved back to America, so there are no worries here, but the most effective way would be to possibly have a con for people in a set of timezones like one for the American ones and one for European, and so forth, just a suggestion.

yeah but the would require more mods to run more meetings, and before we knew it the weekly cons would take up more planning than a regular con. =p
Don't forget these weekly cons are just ways of fostering friendships among clan mates and increasing recruitment's, it's not really mandatory to attend every single meeting. Once in a while if time permits show up, make some friends, add them to you're list, and plan a farming party on the parties thread the next day or week. Thats how I met Kao and Flaw.
Don't forget you can also show up at /house TR Clan on Sir-Ver every day if you're lonely.
