I think we will try to stop the Grand Inquisitor, and then we will have to fight him. I'd like to have his weapon. I'm not sure if his armor would drop, since it looks fancier than Paladin

i have a hunch (no not murray's back) that the grand inquisitor will be a boss (just a hunch lol?!?) but my other hunch (this one is murray's back) is that there is someone higher rank then grand inquisitor and he will a bigger boss

edit: @demi: maybe his helm 2?

Maybe we can find a way to break through the barrier and announce war once and for all =D if we win then we can get all the drops as in armor, helm, weapon...and maybe another pet.

Getting through the barrier means cutting off the main source of the barrier first...the GI himself. Maybe...just make a hole behind the throne and walah! FIGHT HIM!

I'm pretty sure his weapon will drop. I've seen Miltonius holding it a few times. It's beast...

As far as speculations, well we'll obviously have to fight him. But I think a stronger story needs to build up before we fight him because he seems like a very important figure....

another story? like a secret passage around the back of him (a dungeon), then we find some clues of what he is doing by prisoners, then we kill like more crusaders, and ect so on? is that what u mean

I mean a stronger story than the present one needs to develop. So far, it's just 'go kill the inquisitor people and retrieve their mana-sucking (or whatever) machines'. Like, it's gotta have a stronger plot.

Ancient Inquisitor? I believe he wouldn't have an place in the plot. The GI seems to be the leader right now. Plus, too many additional characters can mess up the story.

Maybe he can help us defeat the GI later on? I'm not sure. He did make a reference to Warlic in one of his quest descriptions, so maybe the story will tie in with Warlic...
