Request Signatures/Avatars from one shop ONLY.

Hello!
The crew and I have recently noticed that users have been requesting Signatures and Avatars from multiple shops at once. This is unfair to the artists. Therefore, we're laying down one simple rule: You can only request signatures and avatars at one shop at a time. You can request new graphics from the same or different request shop in 1 week periods. You CAN request your signature and avatar from different shops.
That is all!

Thanks for taking my suggestion, V.
The problem is not only for the artist's time, but for their self-esteem. If they see someone request from another person for the same type of thing right after they finish one, it could make them think that the customer did not like their creation.
