I have it torrented, it's SO fun. I was lucky enough to get a snow map on my first go, which made it so much harder the first night.

Yeah it's sort of confusing. The first night you should build a workbench, make tools, mine coal (black spots in rocks) and make a little hole for you to hide in the first night. Remember that if you have torches, monsters wont spawn.

Digdog, it's because the full version is so versatile. You show me another game where you can go mining to find a specific ore called Redstone dust, and then mine for iron ore, smelt the iron ore into iron bars, and use those two objects to make a compass?

Ahaha. If you get a bucket of lava, and make a hole to put the lava in, an den get a bucket of water, poor the water on the lava, and you get obsidian.

My friends started playing it, one of them got really excited when she came across her first diamonds. Then mined obsidian and made her portal in her Temple of Light.

My boyfriend on the other hand managed to get his hands on a programme that allowed his admin access on the servers and destroyed a diamond castle. The rest of his flat is not too happy with him.
