Reason for that, and it's not 4kids. Generally, you have tons of idiots who like to report everything and anything. YGOTAS is just one of the more popular targets.
Youtube moderators get millions of reports a week, so they don't really have time to check every video in detail. Often, if a video gets enough reports then they just delete it without looking.

Should just make LittleKuriboh a Youtube Partner and call it a day. He does bring their rather sloppy website a lot of views.
