Tom has requested for his named to be changed to Alex Chase. However, I feel that it would be disrespectful to his cultural heritage if we did not make the decision for him as parliament. I thus invite all of you partake in this poll to determine the fate of Tom's handle.

My reasoning behind wanting to change my name is due to my losing of numerous accounts under that name. Therefore I have selected a new name which I greatly prefer to Tom Gaskarth a name I made when I fan boyed a certain band 3/4 years ago.

That's not how parliment works. You choose from what you're told to choose from. But You can put forward your name to be changed however.

Yes Cial, NY has been annexed to Canada since the Battle of Saratoga. You maintain a US citizenship but pay taxes to them, like the Philippines and the US.
