K-on had some bad animation at some point (like really tiny hands and weird face shapes from time to time) but madoka's entire artstyle besides the witch worlds is terrible.

Wow her hair is pretty cool. She only retailed for 6800 yen though, you might be able to find one for $70-100 if you keep an eye out.
