Sometimes when i go somewhere,my screen turns gray and i can't do anything,so I have to relog. Can someone please help with this issue?

Just type: /join [enter a room name other than the one you are in]

I have another glitch, every time I go into a different part of any room my pet disappears but is still eqiuped.
