There's gonna be a Gold and Silver remake?!!!! YES! OMG! They better make it somehow to where you can transfer Pokemon from the original Pokemon Gold and Silver... but they probably won't...

Don't hold your breath. All of the old GameBoy games are incompatible with current games and handhelds.

However, I hope the Gold and Silver remakes aren't total let-downs like their original counterparts. I found the Kanto exploration rather plain, although it was post-main story.
