Experiment more with the text on you're vector. Can't really CC on the sprites, not my forte.

I respect skill withe the pen tool, which you seem to have lots of.

I normally have to say this to new artists, but you should try and spread your wings, and try out new art techniques, like hand drawing. Other than that your art work is very good.

Wel, I can give you the template that I use to begin.
And a tutorial wouldn't really help. Cause all that you need is some imagination and photoshop.
