On the bright side I probably did the math wrong and it is a LOT easier.

I just sampled a PvP match on my own to see if it is really that long.
I find it 2 or less minutes of waiting, and a 5 minute match.
Also, 1PVP could be up to 10 trophies.
So...
7min≤10 trophies
70min≤100 trophies
350min≤500 trophies

So if you're a pro, probably about 6 hours.

How do you wait 20 minutes? That's outrageous.
