The rules are talking about outside hacking sources. I think anything In-Game is fine, as long as:
A) You don't violate the Terms of Use in the End Users Agreement.
B) You cease and desist when an In-Game mod asks or tells to to.

Bugs or glitches may be discussed. However, it is preferable that you report the bug on the AE forums before discussing it. Also do not abuse the bug in-game since it does present a negative image about the Guild.
Also, anything regarding hacks, cheats or trainers must not be discussed with any member of the Guild or on the forums. If you're going to preview some unreleased items they must come from a legitimate source, i.e. an AE staff member. You have to provide evidence that they did come from a staff member, as well.
