Art contest?
deviantArt Competition!!

I'm considering organising an art contest on deviantArt, but there's a few things I want to ask first.
The contest will probably consist of two categories/themes and people can enter one or both categories, haven't fully decided what they'll be. I'll probably offer dA premium memberships and artist features as prizes.
So the questions:
Who would be interested in entering?
Judging?
Donating Prizes? (Can be anything)
Advertising it?
Other thoughts?
Awards:
Best Overall
2x Best in Category
nx Highly Commended (depending on number of entries)

This contest isn't TR-specific, a couple of people from other forums/clubs I follow and some of my watchers are entering.
Though if you think that it would be better suited for the "Unofficial Contests" section, feel free to move it.

The art contest is over. I've posted the poll for the People's Choice award on my dA page.
Once I get into contact with my fellow judges and reach a decision on who wins, I'll announce the winners.

Guess what? I'm running another one. Just posting here so that folks who don't stalk me in other places know what's happening.
Format has slightly changed this time around. As I receive more entries, I dish out more prizes (including various amounts of Battleon Points, dA premium memberships, dA points and colour art and sketches)
