Probably everyone on TR has heard of deviantART but if you haven't here is a quick explanation. deviantART (which is commonly abbreviated to dA) is an image sharing website. Unlike Photobucket or Tinypic, deviantART has a well established system of submitting art, different categories, a humongous amount of active users, groups to share your art, and personal profiles to better show art. I highly suggest new artists to register an account there.

Anyway now to the point of the thread. Basically just discuss deviantART here. Viewed a Deviation or Deviant worth mentioning, post here. Want to discuss deviantART news, post here. Need a little more exposure to your page, post here. Need advice, constructive criticism on a piece, a llama, a fav, a watcher, a friend, some points, journal views? Post here!

The reason I do not use or support DeviantART is because of the explicit content that bypasses their regulations, the polls becoming stupid, and the fact that all of my favorite artists from way back when have also left the site. The only reason that I ever go on the site now is to look at art, and I know how to find it. Such as here That being said, besides its many flaws, I am glad that there are still good artists using the site.

Xusha you look at some pretty freaky stuff...

I wonder how many people from TR use deviantart... For my purposes dA is a perfect art site. The filters for bad content work pretty well on my computer, and finding cool art is pretty easy if you know how.

I too, do not support deviant art. It is too complicated and I don't trust many websites anyways.
