This thread is where you can post Quest ideas! I'm going to leave the rules loose here so your imagination can really take over, but theres still a few:

* Good Grammar is a must! Especially with Dialog, some quests might be put directly into the ClickByClick version of the game so please use proper punctuation, capitalization and so forth. If you need help, just drop Ragegamer, Juliana or Mash a PM!

* No Godmodding. Although you should be creative, please try to refrain from saying things such as 'My Character would be the dark overlord that rules the game', as it just gets boring. If you do want powerful characters in your quests be creative with it!

* Referencing is a plus. If you have pictures, videos, or sound (none of which are required to be made by you- They would just be references) makes it easier to implement and generally spices up the quest.

* Just one more note: Again, don't hesitate to contact our wonderful Art Village moderation team (or even me!) if you feel you need assistance with any sort of grammar, writing, or visual affects.

* Please do not provide stats for your quest, just writing. (So, no "300 EXP Reward) and so on.

Quest Name: A thump in the night?
Quest Giver: Farmer NPC
Quest Info: Low level quest

Farmer NPC: Hello there Adventurer! If you don't mind me asking, I have a little problem that I need help with. Do you think you could lend a hand for an old man like myself?
Options: 1. Of Course! , 2. Err... not right now
"Err... not right now"> Oh, sorry to bother you. Good luck on your quest!
"Of Course!"> Lately, the family and I have been hearing strange thumping noises around the back side of this house by the feed tough for the pigs. It's probably just rats, but would you mind investigating for me? I'm.... a little afraid of rats. They just creep me out! Yuck.

Player goes to investigate the back of the house. The Thumping gets louder as the player approaches. It sounds like its coming from the pile of dirt. When you dig through the pile of dirt you discover the thumping is a Moving Skeletal Hand!!!

The Player recieves the item "Skeletal Hand: ewwwww...." After taking the hand the farmer's dog attacks the player.
"I don't think that dog appreciates me taking its toy!"
After the ensuing battle, the player realizes that the hand is pointing in a direction. Following the creepy hand the player notices a circle of vultures.
the player hears a voice coming from underneath the circle of vultures. "A little Help here!?! I don't like being a snack!"
After battling the vultures, the player sees that the voice is coming from a skull several different bones scattered about.
"Thanks for the save! now how about giving me a hand?"
The player gives the pile of bones the "Skeletal Hand"
"Not what I meant... but thanks. How about PUTTING ME TOGETHER!?"

Options: Put the Skeleton back together?
No> Ends dialogue
Yes> Skeleton- "Thanks, the names Nightfall. Oh and this bone doesn't belong to me so I guess you can have it as a token of my gratitude."
Player recieves "Bone Mace"!
Nightfall "Well, cya around kid. And don't tell anyone that you heard me talking... you know shadowscythe mandate and all."

Player returns to the farmer to finish the quest.
Farmer "So it wasn't a rat!? That's great! But I hope my dog is okay..."
QUEST COMPLETE!

Quest info: Low-Mid level quest chain
Erik: Hero, I am in need of some... items for my store. The were stolen from me, while I was in the can. Bring back all of my missing items and you will get a large reward. You most likely should sneak into their homes at night, as they might know you are coming.

Walk around quest where you get to each house, then either roll to see if you are caught and fight a man, roll a second time to see if you find the item, and roll a third time to see if you successfully stole it. Or, you can do a small walk-around in their house, trying to find the item and watching out for guards, the man, etc.

Each quest gets more difficult.
Reward: Love Hat (Charisma bonus?), access to his shop with many items you may have seen in people's homes and other shops that he "found". "Shop of Non-stolen Items"

Good ideas except we cant legaly use Artix's name Or Weapons from AEntertainment, you should look through the TR game forum pages and instead of putting Artix's name put one of the Clans Paladins and same for the weapons.

Graarg's Quests:

-Graarg is a silhouette at first, not revealing his face or name to all who come by his path-
Mysteriously "Hello there, My name is Graarg(*). I am the darker side of the law around these parts."
*spits at the ground*
"If you wish to become a master of the Revolver, I'm your man. If you seek to fire piercing rounds into the hearts of all your foes, you came to the right place. If you are an intolerable, deceiving, wretch of a human being.... *laughs* I might just be able to help you"

(player chooses) "I'm listening..." or "Run away"

(If "I'm listening..." Graarg reveals himself) "Nice choice, I can teach you the ways of the Bounty Hunter. We are a group of elite soldiers who work for pay and fight to kill. We have a deadly arsenal of Six-shooters, Shotguns, Automatic Rifles and just about anything that can project a bullet. We're an unstoppable mercenary group with simple request, a hefty sum."

(if "Run away") Adventurer goes back to hometown

-Second Visit-
(if player ran away, the choice is there again... until they join him)

-First Quest-
"Before I can put my trust in you, you must do something for me. Prove your worthiness by assassinating ten creatures with a revolver, and bring me their pelts... Then we can continue"
(after player finishes quest)

-Second Quest-
"Nice, you are this much closer to becoming a Bounty Hunter of your own. There is another thing I must ask of you, go into town and pick up an order of, umm... spare parts for me. Eliminate anyone in your way.
(after quest completed)

-Third Quest-
"Very good, now I have the parts I need... Bounty Hunters are also skilled at forging their own reconnaissance weapons. Show me you can do this by creating a silenced pistol out of the parts you picked up for me."
(brought to a mini game where you take certain parts of guns to make your own... no matter what is outcome, adventurer passes)
(after completed)

-Final Starting Quest-
"Alright, you have a skilled hand at crafting blasters. You are almost ready to become a Bounty Hunter. Here is your final task... Defeat me in a duel. If you do, you will be admitted as a Bounty Hunter and your training can begin.
(now after quest is accepted, cutscene where Graarg and Adventurer draw gun is shown. Duel begins, rules are explained: Click on Graarg on "Fire!"... There is a 3-2-1-Fire! countdown, if player fails before Graarg shoots them...)
"Nice try kid, better luck next time!" and Graarg escapes
Retry the quest by visiting him again
(When it is completed...)
Agh! I'm hit nice shot, I respect you rookie. Here's your Fedora and coat... (added to inventory) come back any time."

and so on... until they max rank, the final is for a big boss who hopefully ends up being a main "bad guy" that ends up breaking out of jail and becoming a war boss as well, where Graarg assists in performing final blow with his trusty Colt Revolver (colt not available in game)

Any opinions? Questions? CnC? I need help here... lol

1st Quest:So you need so good wepons. I'll make you some with these materials.

2nd:Well done,but sometimes great weapons need great owners. Prove you have what it takes to use these weapons by defeating these monsters. Ice Golem,Rock golem,steel golem.

3rd quest:Impressive but now you must fight me.

There should be a pirate quest and Javier el Magnifico (a pirate) should be the npc

Javier el Magnifico is an extrovert pirate who had his ship crash and he ended up in the sea shore. He lost his gold and the piranhas took it, and its the adventurers job to get it back. the npc is in a sea shore with palmtrees and ship planks in the sand.

Javier el Magnifico speaks in pirate english.

Javier El Magnifico- Hey there adventurer. My ship crashed and my gold fell in the water. those doom piranhas must have taken my gold!! Arrgg! please get rid of those piranhas and bring back me gold.

Reward.....

Javier El Magnifico- Thanks!! you have been of great help, thanks to all your efforts, I will gift you with this pirate hat

Opening speech: Hello there, why do you wonder into my part of the wood rescent in these past hours? Maybe you wish to train to be a master of the "Shadows" like me. Or maybe you wish to plunder into my hourds of gold. If so you are obliged to first complete my quest's.

*Player Chooses* "Quest's" or "Home".

Quest 1: Blood Feast

Before I give you some of my dark power which I possess . I wish for you to do me a deed. Kill 6 large beast's with 300+ hp and collect thier blood in these glass jars. Bring the jars back to me.

Quest object: Blood Jars: 0/6

Quest 2: Wooden Steaks

Ok, you have earned my trust and gained knowlage on Blood, now. The only things able to kill us are Wooden Steaks or Flaming Crosses. Flaming Crosses are now rare in the world, however Wooden Steaks are easy to find or make. We must oblitorate the Steaks and destroy the people carry'ing them. Kill 4 Vampire slayers and bring thier Steaks to me.

Quest objects: Wooden Steaks 0/4

Quest 3: Bride of Dracula

Fantastic, now your begining to learn the dark ways of a Vampire. One thing you need to learn is the single most valuable thing a Vampire could wan't is a bride. Search the "Graveyard" area for a bride.

Quest objective: Brides found 0/1

Quest 4: Wolf Blood

You may think Vampire's are friendly with wolfs as they are also creatures of the Dark, but you are very much mistaken. Vampire's and Wolf's feud all the time over land and such. Find 10 wolfs and defeat them swiftly. Brig me back thier fur.

Quest object: Wolf fur 0/10

Quest Rewards and Class poits have not yet been descided.

*Opens Vampire Shop*

Items:

Vampire Class.

Wooden Steak.

Vampiric hood.

Blade of the Dark.

Hmmmmmm quest huh? Ok here goes:

(NPC Name: Elven Ranger Arylia)(Badly Hurt, lying on the ground)
(Quest Name: The Missing Ranger)

(Text: 'Gasp' 'Gasp' , YOU! (Class Name) You have to help me!, Me and my Brother were Scouting the woods when we were attacked by a group of Orcs, We tried to run but........ (The Ranger Grits her teeth in pain) Only I managed to get away.... PLEASE! you have to find my brother, I would do it myself but my leg is broken!)

(Quest Info: Basically you then locate her brother (Injured Ranger) and talk to him)

(Text: Ugh..... behind... you.......)

(Quest Info: At this point 3 Orcs appear and you have to fight them off, then talk to the ranger again)

(Text: Tha..Thank you (Class Name), I thought I was done for! Fortunatly, These orcs only managed to knock the wind out of me before you showed up, I should be Fine, Speaking of which, how did you find me?

Player: I found your sister lying injured in the woods, she sent me here to find you.

Ranger: Ah I see, well thanks for your assistance, Im going to go carry my sister back to camp, also, we found an orc loot chest here, you can take it, theres nothign in there that I can use anyways.....)
