Yes, you have to have enough User Points or you can donate $5 so you can get a custom one ;).

Well, I'm talking about me just making a zard that you can use in your avatar, or make a siggy with. Then, I can swap with you, so that you have a zard to match your moglin, and I have a moglin to match my zard. Then, we can each make our moglin zard riders, whichever way we want, moglin on top, or zard on top. :D
