Valo, just a few tips:

-Don't use on solid color for the face, use shading on the edge of the head and change hair colors.
-Get as in detail as possible with the armor, even if you think it won't turn out well.
-Follow Nel's tutorial, if you aren't.

I am, usually I add shading to the face - for some reason I don't sometimes... i'm falling behind already! I'm not really allowed on the com much today so I might finish Chams and start another.. i'll have them all by tuesday!
