you can be lv 50 or lv 100

and traded ones are okay since they are more likely to be weaker than their normaly raised by the OT

Well we could but first how about we set a date for the tournament, i see that there isn't going to be many people entering so a bracket setup would be nice.

Seeing since nobody wants to set a date/time... I'm going to suggest Sunday the 2nd of May, at 7pm server time.
