Avatar (not the Last Airbender)
For those of you who have watched it, what are YOUR favorite scenes from the movie?
Personally mine was when all the Na'vi fought back against the Marines.

I'm going to say when they were trying to bring the woman's avatar body back to life, and everyone was in a circle. I thought it looked hilarious when they were all moving around, reminded me of an inside joke.

What I think was when I saw that Eywa actually sent hope for the Na'vi I was stunned. :O

Re: Avatar (not the Last Airbender)
I loved that entire movie... my favorite scene? I could say it was the one where Grace is waving around the big book about the Na'vi to explain how much value there is in their culture...
But an even better scene is when Neytiri meets Jake in his human form in the first time, and accepts him. One of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.

Walt I have new found appreciation for you.
My Fav bits.
BLOWING UP THE TREE
When Jake rides the big ikran (cant remember the name) into the na'vi's new home, and all their jaws drop.
When they're all fighting and Jake blows up the carrier with a string of grenades.
And pretty much all the fighting (Including the, fight with the general)
When he becomes an actual na'vi.

It was their fault. They wouldn't move peacefully so we had to kill them.

I lol'd. The point of it was the na'vi were not given RIGHTS. The humans didn't have a larger claim to the land than the people who had been living there thousands of years.

Re: Avatar (not the Last Airbender)
@Winnie agreed, this movie kinda has a scene in two hours (or however long it went.) that demonstrates what mankind has done to this earth over centuries.
Earth was lush, mankind developed industrial landsites, huge chunks of forest, natural habitat and undiscovered animals homes were destroyed for more buildings, more factories and shops.
But anyhow, may favourite scene would have to be,
1. Jake trying to tame his dragon.
2. The final war when Nature fights back and Jake destroys a ship with grenades.

Re: Avatar (not the Last Airbender)
@Walt We did want peace, I understand your point but we also wanted to rip up there only home, which is shelter to like, a million Na'vi, for some mineral which we greedy humans wanted for money.
Imagine you lived in a huge mansion with your friends and everyone you liked and everything was perfect.
But then the Swat team comes in, with tanks and planes and everything and they try to get you to move out of your mansion, so they can make a mine there for underearth substances.
I doubt you would move happily, or even move at all.

I would move. And the Blue People have a whole planet to go to. They don't need one tree...
