I'd count that as flaming, also "Runt" is pretty flaming as well.

I think MotM should pick up in November, better timed and whatnot, begins on the first, ends of the last day, etc.

This is how I think the MotM should run, and how I tried to set it up, but failed at doing so on the first attempt:

Last week of month is nominations for month. (October nominations would start on the 25th of October.)
Nominations are for people who have been the most productive/helpful/friendly/funny throughout that month.
Nominations end on the first day of the next month. (First day of November for the October MotM.)
Voting starts.
Voting ends a week later, and the host hands the winner a shiny plaque (I already have a design) with their name on it, as well as a couple fancy signatures. The hosts, and Vamps.

Any suggestions?
