Vindictus
I heard about this MMO quite a while ago. The one thing that struck me the hardest was how beautiful it looked. It looks like a game that should be on a Next-Gen console.
Now, I spot an ad for it on a website, so I check it out. The trailer is absolutely astounding. Tons of action and awesome gameplay. The best part of it is that it's F2P!!!
Of course, like most "F2P" MMO's it has an item mall. (Spend real cash for better items.) But I don't think that'll bar anyone from playing it.
I'm downloading it right now and It's actually going by pretty fast. I'll update this post when I actually get into playing it myself.

Re: Vindictus
Formely known as Mabinogi Heroes
Hope it's more "Vindictus" than "Mabinogi", more bloody/mature and cool skill animations.
too bad i can't play any 3D mmorpg because I don't have a video card..

Re: Vindictus
Vindictus is advertised as a "physics-based action MMO". The enemies bleed where you cut, you can use their corpses as weapons, and stuff breaks apart semi-realistically, I also think there is fall damage, too.
I'm level 5 now, the dual sword wielding character is pretty fun to play as. Their's some slight customization when you originally create your character (after the intro sequence); hair, eyes, skin, color. I've been lagging quite a bit so I have to play with the graphics settings so I don't keep getting disconnected every 15 minutes or so.
The monsters are pretty well detailed, same with the environments. There's some traps in some of the dungeons that look absolutely deadly. Some of the latter armor sets look ridiculously amazing.

Re: Vindictus
It's pretty graphics heavy, but there's a lot you can adjust graphics-wise.
There's a lot you can use as weapons besides corpses, you can use their dropped weapons, crates, jars, you can break wooden beams and cement (w/e) structures and use them as weapons. You also have secondaries, spears, primitive grenades, I think.

Re: Vindictus
It is. It's got an interesting plot.
I think the dungeon system is host-based, because the first few times I lagged pretty bad, but every time I went solo, my ping was fine, then I accidentally made a party instance for a dungeon, played, and my ping was perfect.

Re: Vindictus
Does it have forced skimpy clothes? Or no? I heard that armor can wear out over time, does it apply to both genders?
Re: Vindictus
No, it DOES have skimpy clothes but it's not forced. And if your armor wears out you are left with default clothes, and they aren't skimpy (I think).
I downloaded, I'm havin a time. It's quite fun ^^

Re: Vindictus
Better optional skimpy clothes than forced ones. And I know about the armor wearing out over time.
Re: Vindictus
I haven't found any skimpy clothing, yet. From the previews, some of the more elaborate armors for the females are a bit more showy, though.
When your armor "breaks", your tunic and pants I think become tattered and torn. You can repair them in a dungeon or repair them at the forge.
The only thing I find ad about the game is that it is incredibly laggy. The party/ dungeon system is host-based so 9 times out of 10 you'll be pretty laggy if you're not party leader. There's a lot Nexeon needs to do to fix the lag. Some times it's almost unplayable, but that's when I switch to a lower level character and play some dungeons solo.
