Editing Text Box in URL Empty Editing Text Box in URL

This is a question for people who know HTML. If you don't, then you probably shouldn't bother reading it. (If your head explodes it's not my fault)

Anywho, question: some text boxes in web pages can be edited from the URL of the page, example.
Now, I don't know exactly how this tag works, but it has to do with one of the labels in the HTML. I've tried digging through the page elements on twitter and even LMGTFY, since they use the same concept, but I haven't been able to figure it out.
I won't give out my reasons for this just yet, since a lot of my good ideas seem to float...
*cough*Ryuu*cough*

P.S. Oh yea, forgot the question: Does anyone know what the ?tag URL thing or whatever you call it is for forum reply post boxes? Specifically, this forum? (No, I'm not doing anything malicious)

Text input boxes on most forums are coded using CSS, and therefore would be in the style sheet as opposed to the page source. I couldn't tell you what the class name for the post a reply screen text input box is since I've never written CSS for forummotion and don't know what class names it uses. A quick glance through TR's CSS makes me think it's one of the #textareas, but it's pretty messy so it's hard to tell. You can have a look for yourself if that doesn't help you: http://www.trforums.com/96-ltr.css

@Pere That is quite a mess without the separated lines. I'll look through it and see if I can find anything.

NOTE: Don't lock the topic yet, please. kthnx

Alright, that didn't help... I think this is- WAIT. I just had an excellent idea!

Doesn't mean you can double post though.
