Admittedly, Sebi may have somewhat of a point. Of all the TR mods/admins, how many are active? Less than 50%.

All of a sudden I remember back when I was a con mod and ragefitted and got you to ban me because I was emo back then. Lolololololololololololol. Rest assured, I am no longer emo. <3

Well, remember that alot of Mods/Admins do behind the scenes work and may just seem inactive. The few staff that are inactive retain their position due to what they've contributed to TR when they were active and/or are expected to come back. tl;dr staff are staff for a reason.

And no, Sebi, you may not.
