Numbers
Ok so I am going to try and make a piece of typography. It will contain the digits 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 made up of their word counter parts in between 10 and 25 languages. Thing is I know one, kind of two-ish, however I can easily enough find these online. I need a bunch of people to confirm my findings.
If you know:
Mandarin
English
Spanish
Arabic
Bengali
Hindi
Russian
Portuguese
Japanese
German
Javanese
Korean
French
Turkish
Vietnamese
Telugu
Marathi

The thing is, higher numbers (11, 12) aren't exact binary products of singular numbers but their own words, alot like english (sixteen rather than tensix, etc). Not sure how you'd work around that. (Unless if you mean actual integer symbols, in which case, I believe are the same for mostlatin-rooted romantic languages.)

Ok Thanks for the help so far. Looks like I aced German and Japanese. Thanks to V I just got a refresher lesson on my French. Don't know why I included French and English when I am somewhat fluent at both...
EDIT: A couple additional questions: Do you actually know these languages or did you just look them up?
Is Mandarin Chinese supposed to have the same numerals as Japanese?

Wikipedia says Mandarin counting is the same. I can't confirm it but I doubt it's wrong.

Pretty sure it's fünf in German. Anyway. Whereas Russian is concerned.

2 - два = dvah
3 - три = tree
4 - четыре = chye-tir-ye
5 - пять = pyat

You'll likely have the same issues I did when I tried to learn to speak Korean. The issue with Korean, is that there are two ways to count. Though I won't go into too much detail on the subject, the Sino Korean is more used in terms of dates, prices in a market, or for the telephone. Pure, or Native Korean, however, is more or less for ages, time, or for normal counting. It gets really complex, but I've summarized it as best I can. Here's the Native style for the numbers. While this is more difficult to pronounce, it's probably what you want.

That was actually quite helpful Xusha and kinda summarized/ confirmed what it took me like an hour to find.
Ok so I settled on these languages and I have these as zero to nine in each:

Would the words be in latin based script because I need the native script. If you were to write a Japanese paper and didn't want to use numbers what word would you write? I think that makes sense...

A note, if you use the numbers as the word itself in German it counts as a noun and has to be capitalized. All nouns in the German language are capitalized.

Hey V, what is a number, "on" or "one" ?
If you want to translate something for someone into a language the other person doesn't know, you have to do it flawlessly or the person will assume the errors you made are the actual words in that language.
