No. The three pikachus at the end are uncatchable. Theres a random one that spawns somehwere between wave 1 and 9.

Rediscovered this game yesterday. I'm grinding a team to level 20 before I take on Cerulean.

A LOT of new content was added. There's now 5 chapters, challenge modes that are different from the actual game to give you special pokemon or items, trading, and a bunch of cool new features.

I beat him with a level 30ish Graveler using rockblast and a level 26 pikachu using electroball.
