Annoyingly Stupid Emails
I wanted to post a copy of the Email I got from Sansa's Tech support and figured we all must get moronic emails, so here we go
Thanks, that's helpful >.>
Thanks for emailing SanDisk Technical Support. It is our goal to make sure you have all the resources you need to get the most from your product.
We appreciate your continued response. Since none of the troubleshooting steps were able to help you resolve the issue, it seems that the player is no longer functional. All SanDisk Sansa players comes with a one year limited warranty. Therefore, as this player was gifted to you two years ago, this means it is out of warranty and cannot be replaced.
Thanks, that's helpful >.>
Re: Annoyingly Stupid Emails
I sent paysafecard an email when mine wouldn't work for Spiral Knights, which lists them as a payment option but never specified only in Europe, expecting to get back an email saying sorry for not having any notification about it on the website, and got this back.
Dear customer,
Thank you for your interest in paysafecard.
We regret to inform you that due to banking and legal reasons, paysafecards purchased in the United States can only be used online for purchases at participating US Merchants.
We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Maybe it assumes that since you obviously can't convey a story without using emote style roleplaying, you require a more simple browsing experience.
