Okay so I've gotten decently far in it (I'm on the round where you unlock the cool archer stuff) and I have to agree with Dig. Its insanely fun, and on top of that it is not forgiving. You have to work and plan things out in this game, something that other tower defense games don't have. I'm addicted.
ALSO IT'S FREAKING HARD.
I lost on the very last enemy on the very last wave ;_;.

Playing on normal mode, and just beat the first level. First impression... its a fun, engaging game that plays different from the generic tower defenses out there. Doesn't seem too hard for a new player to get used to, overall its a fun game, and I recommend it as well. Good find Diggeh.

Just wait until you start playing the next few levels Erik. It's not forgiving, but it feels so rewarding to finish them.

Yeah, I can't agree with Tim, the game doesn't really get that hard until you come to the snow-themed levels. That's when things get ugly. But so far I got three stars on every level and just beat the second boss.

I died for the first time on the level with the new archer stuff, right at the end. Also I guess its not THAT hard but it does give more of a challenge than most other tower defense games.

I'm only on the fifth level and have lost several lives. This game is challenging and I like it.

I tell you, the iron challenge in level 4 is impossible. Ridiculously impossible.
Oh by the way, see that small arrow at the top of the map screen? Click it to slide out two links. Clicking each of them gives you a free upgrade star.

Do you have any suggestion on which upgrades to use? Right now I have max mage second max archer and nothing else.

Use the upgrades you'll be using in the level you're playing. You can reset them for a reason.
Normally I have the barracks on max plus whatever offensive tower I'll be using. Rest goes either into meteor or reinforcements. Preferably reinforcements.
Edit: Dunno, never tried Easy Mode. I suspect you'll be getting less stars when beating a level or something. But Easy Mode is for little girls and people who are afraid of the dark.

You will discover that pretty much everything in that game has an use, including that reset button.

Just got raped on the level where the enemies come from 3 different directions. Turns out it's better to group the towers near where they are going to.

It's amazing, isn't it? The game is punishing you but it's still fun and you just want to beat that damn level.

I do not understand how to beat heroic and iron challenges.
EDIT: I suck at this game.

This game was just reviewed on Reviews of the Run. I don't think they knew it was a flash game.
