Loved the first book, and I enjoyed the other two. I can't wait to see the movie on Friday, planning on going to see it with some tennis buddies right after our half day of school.

I'm not seeing it until Sunday, because that is the only day my friends could do. :/ I have high hopes for the movie. From the trailers, although they have not shown much from inside the games, it looks decent. Jennifer Lawrence seems to make a great Katniss.

I never read the books, but I find the premise for the plot kind of interesting, so I may see it when it comes out on DVD

I'm kinda annoyed by all the fangirls freaking out about this movie and acting like the books were godsend. The first was pretty good but honestly it wasn't that great of a series.

lol
the movie was really good imo. The shaky camera movements during the games annoyed some people but I understand why they did that. They wanted to make the violence quick and a little less visual so they could keep it pg-13 without making it cheesy looking. The acting was pretty good, Jennifer Lawrence is awesome. c:
