I remember we had a quiz on that. I got a 100%. Not because I knew any of it, but because I was good at process of elimination. There's got to be some sort of word for people that never learn anything in school except for how to cheat a test...
I'm actually terrible at maps. Looking for little cities with tiny names that have too many vowels and aren't how they sound makes my head hurt. Once, in 5th grade, I literally threw up after trying to label all 50 states.

I thought the plague thing was well known.
The thing about the vikings is pretty interesting and that two Natives reached Holland in 60 B.C. however, the source provided for that wasn't THAT solid. No. 1 was the most interesting.

I love the Horrible History books, it's basically nothing BUT the horrid kill-y stuff.
Shame so many history teachers try to downplay the fun parts and stick to the boring **it, like byzantine trade routes.
