so im setting up a website and I want to have a rotating banner (picture changes on refresh)

I have a folder set up in the server (098/reed/banner/) with the images I want to rotate, along with a script called rotate.php

so in the config file i'm trying to point to rotate.php ( define(TITLEIMG, 'rotate.php'); ), but it only points to 098/reed/banner for some reason

help i hav no idea wat im doin

Also, any reason for coding from scratch? Most people end up modifying a template unless if you want some really unusual scripts/layouts.
