Hmm... Then...
The Earth orb is actually called the Nature orb and supposedly belongs to her or her father.
The Energy orb is with Balthar in Popsprocket.
Still thinking Xan has the fire orb.
The Wind orb is with Rhubarb/Thyton.
The Ice orb isn't Galanoth's. You get it after defeating Aisha.

Upon research, Winnie, it is Valencia or her father, but that is only a rumor. And Special's idea of Zeuster makes sense but if you read his quest before the 3-headed dog one, Archimoodes says, "It comes from a place beyond our understanding, outside our reality." So, it's not Zeuster.

Also, when DragonFable was in Beta testing.. Fae was said to have the Nature Orb, perhaps there is a Nature and an Earth Orb?
