I saw your armor drawings yesterday and I must say I'm really impressed. I enjoy viewing the art suggestion threads and getting inspired. Hope to see more soon.

Photoshop is a more versatile tool than you give it credit for.
Infact, Photoshop is the only editing program I use for any edits I make.

I think I already said this... but yeah, Photoshop is amazing, after you learn the basics you can do just about anything.

hmmmmmm.........I've been using photo shop for about 3 years now, and I still have trouble making basic shapes......it took 4 hours to make the shapes used in my gallery banner.....any tips? =P

Its the pen tool isn't it? I hate that tool......

I've rather taken a liking to your armor edits. Normally I find them (in general, not yours) to be boring and repetitive as in I've seen them before. Yours however actually look like genuine AQW armors, and if you get the chance you should submit them to be considered as future armors. Keep up the excellent work. By the way, I also really like your movie poster :D

Pyro > I dislike using the pen tool for all the detail too. But y'know, you gotta do what's gotta be done.

Acid > I've submitted all my armours on the AEF suggestions. I'm hopeful, but not expecting anything. ^^;

Due to my recent obsession with Zombies, and the fact that AQW has no zombies...
And partially because of LZ, I decided to make a Zombie-ish armour...

The colours on the body were as close as I could get without spending too much time on it, I used parts from other games, so the colours were hard to match together.

Ryzaa > For the rotting, fleshy parts.... I used zombie parts from DragonFable.
The chain is a single link of chain off of Escherion's shoulder, only duplicated and twisted to form a length of it.

Edit. I've just been looking at the Zombie armor, and wow, it does look better editied, so woah, i'd love Siwel or Altai in them :)

I'm not too sure about this armor. Very good idea behind it, but it doesn't seem to flow together in certain parts. I know that you didn't have much to work with, so I do commend you for getting this far and having it look the way it does.

I personally love it.

I do have one little nitpicky thing though. The back arm should be foreshortened so that the front arm has dominance, similar to the leg. At the moment, it looks like the back pauldron is too high and the back hand reaches too long (although the hand *could* be like that, due to it being a zombie, lol!).

But it makes me laugh, thinking os seeing people in Aqw, running around in fleshy zombies lol

Not to put you down, I just can't imagine aqw making it, that 'fleshy'. Aqw usually don't add to much detail to dead stuff, because it could scare people, sicken them (some how??) or, something like that.

but its a great armour :trovejoyed:

So... I was playing around with screenshots from other games, and came along a few I liked.. So I decided to try and toss the Huntress' Glove from AQ, into an armour...
I couldn't really decide on colours for the glove, so I came up with three version of it..

While I like it, I still think it is slightly too bland. I think that if you add in some black/red/gold greaves and maybe a little more color on the torso that this would be one wicked armor.

Alright... So I was still pretty stuck on making the armour look like a casually dressed person who had picked up the gauntlet...
But I improved on the gauntlet design itself.

And yeah, I did remove one shoulder... That's to make the glove look more like a singular object.

The upper arm is now armoured also:

The gauntlet had a sort of... "Infecting" property to it, and is spreading onto the user's body:
