No wish granted. You get teleported into a production of RENT and the key in the very beginning lands on your head and kills you.

I wish I didn't have random songs by Genesis going through my head now.

Granted, you get a key slammed on your head and now you get Voice Mail #2 playing!

I wish that Juliana knew that they key was in a leather pouch, and therefore wouldn't hurt that much. Plus, he doesn't throw it "down". He tosses it to the right, off set, and then an african american techie reaches his hand out to catch it becuase he doesn't want it to make noise.
