I don't get the Mario one.
The other ones are pretty cool.

Heard of them all except for the ghost link one. They're all certainly interesting, but I've seen much better than the "you killed Gary's raticate" one. It makes sense (I guess) but there are much more intuitive theories.

Re: The 6 Greatest Videogame Theories on the Internet
Actually, when I got Twilight Princess, I assumed directly that the skeleton was the ghost of Link from Ocarina/Majora, found it pretty cool.
Gary's dead Raticate seems improbable, along the game its mentioned often that both you and him are supposed to ''catch them all'' and he keeps telling you how many he catches. At the same time, at the tower, he mentions having caught a cubone, and as he was trying to catch as many as possible: a ghastly/haunter as well. Adding to that, throughout the game, his team changes all the time, so it might just be him evolving his fighting style. Its assumed he has a good 100 or so caught pokemon, I dont think he would have a problem training them a bit then dumping them in the box.
Cow level was before my time, and the kangashkan-cubone link/mario thing I didnt really get.

I have to admit, the Kangaskhan one is pretty interesting. I always did wonder about a non-evolving Pokemon that came complete with baby... it annoyed me, actually. Interesting theory; I wonder if it's true!

You are the audience, Mario was never going to fail, it was all a play.
As one well informed on Missingno thanks to trrose's website, I agree with the Kangaskhan's Missing Link Theory. This is the first time I've heard of this theory though. It's either this theory, or Pokemon was reusing art, and I refuse to believe they reused art on the first generation.

It's all about how Link meets a dead version of a previous link in Twilight Princess.

I didn't get it either but that's more because I only played Link to the Past and the gameboy one about waking the Windfish.
Nothing beats A Link to the Past anyway.
