No. j/k, like I said Lower levels than 15 are FINE. And you are welcome to refer them. After the register, they'll either get approved (Likely) or dissaproved (Unlikely) Anyways, feel free to recruit players under the level of 15. The only difference is that level 15 players= Auto.
