Someone fix that Memberlist button already

Am I the only one who has that problem? The page tries (and fails) to load the Memberlist button up there and while doing so spends almost a minute loading every single page. That's beyond annoying.

I've noticed it too, and I'm not sure I know where to go to fix it. So we either have to wait for V to get back, let me go on a grand adventure to fix it in the admin panel, tell Xusha to do it, or someone needs to tell me how to do it. Take your pick.

Edit: Right, I found out it is a link not working from imageshack. Anyone have a link to the proper memberlist button?

Edit2: Or anyone know what V's imageshack is?

I started to work on fixing it with old screenshots and some HTML testing fun.

I'M ONE PIXEL OFF.

Heres what I have so far, but when you apply it it shows up one pixel too high. I'm playing terraria right now but I'll try and fix it later.
