Becuase earth has the two main elemental colors- Blue and Green. With the right mix of blue and green, you can make anything seem pleasureable to the eye. They obviously didn't think that people'd be living on it.

Very low, like lower than the dude that sits next to me. I'm supposed to be a guy... right? I've only ever played a girl once.
