Guys.

I love TR and almost everything it's become. We have a suggestions forum, but I honestly think that we are a lot of thinkers, not DOERS.

Every idea for a while has failed, or never took off. sure some have doubts, but I can get TRadio running with help.

I'm also the new unofficial head of the TR comic. I'm working on it as we speak...ON MY VACATION. I'm not even supposed to be on TR this week. I'm trying to take a week to un-tech savvie myself.

I'll do all I can to put this clan in shape Devo-style. But you guys need to help. You have great ideas and you are literally FANTASTIC people, but you need to help too.

I agree with Cial. Although, its TR Podcast and I'm running it. xD I have already promised Flawsie that I will do everything I can to stop this clan going any futher down than it already is falling, by the looks of this thread. But the thinkers of TR are you, and you need to come up with things that would keep you interested and then try your hardest to do that thing.

I don't think it is as difficult as you guys are making it to stay active. YOu don't need to be on 24/7 and have like 500 posts a day to stay active, hell I don't. You just need to get on even for a few minutes, read some stories and comment on them or even just post 4 or 5 times, but don't be one of those guys who posts just to post, don't post on dead topics, and it also helps if we see you in the chatbox a few times, also V I think we need to have a month long "rolecall" where everyone that is active posts once on a topic and those who don't post are obsolete. And rememberm, you can never be wrong....unless you go against me....then youse is always wrong.

I have a freakishly high post count because I post a bit every day. If there's a topic that needs somthing said, count on me to say it. It isn't that hard to stay active, guys. You don't have to be like me, because I'm an insane TR Lunitic.

Alright, I'm the shining star of inactivity here. I truly do regret being so inactive, and I have made attempts to attend cons and such. I've found, however, that real life is taking up my time. I have to get my portfolio together to apply for the art colleges I plan to attend, and I want to make the most of the time I have left with my friends from in town. I love TR and it's been one of the greatest things I've ever been a part of. If I could be more active, honestly I would be, but that's just not fitting in to my real life these days. However though, I will attempt a bit more to keep in contact if I can. I would love to stay a part of TR, the community is just wonderful. It really is. I've felt at home with you guys from day one. That's something I don't want to leave behind.

my dilemma is the same as gryfnrider's and serena's. i love the clan still and i try to post as much as i can, but it just seems that i find it hard to keep active. Im starting high school in a day, and im told that it is particularly hard and that i wont have much time to be on anything anymore... I'm also having family problems too. My uncle has cancer and a throat tumor and he isn't expected to live much longer. My grandma was mugged a few days ago and she has a broken pelvis. Being in and out of the hospital visiting and worrying and the pressures of a new school make it hard to keep up. i still would like to be active, but it's just how everything changes and the people around change too. Things get in the way and cause problems and conflict. I dont think that TR is doing anything wrong, but with the restricted time people have online and with free time in general, that giving more responsibilities and duties to the clan as something like a specific job. I'm not really sure but long story short... many people just have problems that keep them from being active.

Personally, I'd be more active in TR but as far as I see it, I don't own Photoshop or gimp or paint.net or etc. All I see myself is being useful is information everyone has access too. But yeah, school and etc is going to cut down everyone's time now. I just find it hard for me to be active seeing how I can not do anything art-wise and seeing how this was an Art community. Just my 2 cents.

Inde you don't need to be a part of our art community to be a part of TR, there are plenty of people in the clan who aren't very artistic at all, and they stay active by posting in our sections unrelated to art, or posting comments on other peoples art.
Winnie you are insane....in a good way.

And Graarg and Ser you don't need to tell us your worldly troubles, because we all understand, and if you have problems in the real world then we support you if they affect you negatively or try to help you solve them, but if you have a problem that is keeping you from posting just say so in the inactivity forums and just try to check in once in a while and you don't have to post, just let us know you haven't quit. Also graarg HS isn't that hard at the start as long as you work and pay attention.

As some of you may have noticed, I got less active too.
It's just that real life takes a lot of my time now..
School, work, family, girlfriend, friends, like that stuff.
TR is a great clan and I really like it here!
But because I live in Holland, I can't visit cons and see you guys on AQW.
Well, not that much.. But I still like it here and I would never leave! :D

TR does have it's own group on whirled.. but all it is is just members.. like no meets have been established yet. We need to work on getting that active..

id like to adress something that might be obviousto everyone but me. if we were to take in other MMOs to our site, how would that physicly change the site? besides a few edits to our title, howwould it really effect thesite as a whole?

You can have both AE games and another MMO, you know. At it's core, TR is a AE clan, keep the site basically the way it is, with a few sections dedicated to the other stuff. Most of the artwork is INSPIRED by AQW, but not AQW artwork. Take the pixelated guys, for example, the basic designs are AQW-based, but still unique in their own right.

Besides, not everyone will keep playing AQW forever. I'm one of those people. Sometimes it's nice to either move on or share with another game.

how would you change the site to branh out into other MMOs? besides adding like3 or for setions for thevarious othergames on the home forum ad hanging the banner a lil bit? tr is tr, its not about aqw anymore its about us as people from all over the world doing stuff to be happy with our lives. little changes only meen anything if peoplecare about them. but if people in the clan really want it, thay should get it beause theres nothing wrong with adding new stuff to the forums. if you guys dont use it though then thats your prob. i believe that the only way that ativity can berose is if people atuly get on more, because people come here to see people.

Well for going into other MMOs can I suggest Canaan Online, it has a good guild system in which the players in the guild get bonus', there are guild buildings that give more bonus', guild exclusive quests, markets, and PvP between guilds. It would take a while to set up, mostly because to start a guild you have to be Lvl 30, but I think it'd work out well.

Yeah well, I need to reach level 30 first, and when it's made I need 10 members in 24 hours or it gets shut down, so yeah, I gotta work for that.
