Sebastian: Wow, you all fail, if you want a good team for online play, you need a defensive pokemon to mess up your opponent, like a shuckle or fortress, give em toxic, spikes, a heal attack, and a confusion atttack and they will be hard as hell to kill!

Sebi, there are mainly two types of Pokemon: Sweepers and Tanks.

Sweepers are extremely powerful, and tend to abuse super effectivity in order to 1-hit-KO alot of Pokemon. Sweepers usually have a wide variety of attack types.

Tanks specialize in defense, and usually have stalling moves and status moves such as Toxic, Will-O-Wisp, etc.

A steady balance is essencial in a serious team.

Let's plan a mini-tournament..xD
we could add some prizes too if everyone wants to and pitches in for it..but probably something along the lines of items or regular pokemon seeing how this is just for fun...

Well first we would need a list of everyone that would participate...from there we could arrange some brackets, and if we chose to give prizes whether to do it after each battle or pile it up for the overall winner (still the prize thing is optional,but it might be helpful to others in being able to get something they might need that someone else might have an extra for and such)

In my opinion Suicuine is a great tank. I tought it Calm Mind,Toxic,Surf,and Mirror Coat. Its such a great special tank. I also gave it leftovers

A special tank hes great. Calm mind=makes it live through most special sweepers. Toxic makes it anything die in 8 turns. Surf just to attack. Mirror coat to reflect special hits. Leftovers to heal every turn.

Salamance
Suicune (my special tank)
Snorlax (my phys.tank)
Weavile (my speed)
Gengar(My special sweeper)
My team is balanced in my opinion. Opinions please!

Well if that's what everyone else wants..and some mod approves of this ..then I guess..though I wouldn't have much use for them..

and Why not stray a bit from the Pseudo-legendaries and legendaries..I mean they're powerful and all but everyone uses them...it's nice to play around with some different pokemon and go outside the box

I personally do not think the prize should be points, as some people are not able to compete, because they do not have a pokemon game.
