Re: Dragon Nest
Yeah Sebi, you fool. It's totally silly to not want a world full of clones. What a ridiculous idea. Changable faces, seriously.

Re: Dragon Nest
Well customization is nice but it shouldn't be put at a higher priority than the combat. If he wants to play dress up with his 50+ hairstyles, then AQW is great for him.

Re: Dragon Nest
Oh yes, different hairstyles are hilariously difficult to implement and would take a great chunk of time away from developing another sword.

Re: Dragon Nest
I guess I'll give it a try, but after I give a few hours of play, if I like it I want to FIND SOMEONE I KNOW IN GAME. YOU GUYS BETTER SHOW UP.

Re: Dragon Nest
Oh yeah, I'm on the Gerrant - East server. I know Charon plays on the west server.
And Dig, it's still in Beta. I'm glad the devs are prioritizing more gampelay elements (nests, new dungeons, PvP) to some extra hairstyles so you can look pretty.

Re: Dragon Nest
New dungeons are all well and good. But its small details like the fact that EVERY CHARACTER LOOKS THE EFFING SAME that ruin a game.

Yes, but if you need to spend over 10 minutes figuring out your character's hair and eye color, you have a problem.

Re: Dragon Nest
I'd rather play a fun game and look the same as some people than play a boring game and look different. But that's just my opinion.

Re: Dragon Nest
Huh, Charon is still around the web?
I guess I'll start on the same one as Timmeh when I do begin, which might be tonight.

Re: Dragon Nest
I'll help you out with the first couple of quests if you want, they're pretty boring. Also I was planning on saving some spellbooks for you guys but my inventory filled up so I sold them all. Sorry. They're pretty easy drops though.
Also yeah Charon posts on twitter fairly actively.

Re: Dragon Nest
Oh yeah i'm gunna add an important bit to the OP. Also hopefully you can play when you get your new comp, erik.
EDIT: Added it. If you do install the game, i recommend you do it. It's like running a torrent while trying to browse the internet.

Dragon Nest
Dragon nest is a third person game that is absolutely free.
Its a basic rpg, with two male classes, and two female classes.
Male:
Cleric
Warrior
Female:
Sorceress
Archer
And what you do is level up, gain skills and new weapons, and kick monster- well, you know.
I'd Suggest you join Argenta as your world, as it is the least Laggy.

Re: Dragon Nest
Charon also plays. I think.
Either way, no: I don't have time for your cookiecutter mmo RPGs.
Grand Chase was bad enough...

Re: Dragon Nest
My college mates play it, but I'm not as into MMOs as I used to be. If you knew what happened in AQW in late 2008, you'd probably understand why.

The issue with the female holiday jester being too skimpy?

Re: Dragon Nest
Argenta is only less laggy if you're closest to that server.
